Pricing FAQ

Everything you might want to know about plan changes, billing, and what counts as a user.

Can I cancel or change my subscription?

Yes. Subscriptions can be changed or cancelled from your billing page at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing period — you keep access to everything you've paid for until then.

Do you charge VAT or other taxes?

Prices on this page are exclusive of VAT. If you're a UK or EU customer, applicable VAT is calculated and added at checkout based on your billing address.

What happens when I upgrade or downgrade mid-cycle?

Upgrades take effect immediately and we charge a pro-rated amount for the remainder of the current period. Downgrades are scheduled for the end of the current period — you're not refunded for unused time on the higher tier.

What counts as a user?

A user is one personalised email address (you@yourcompany). The Compliance Dashboard works best when every person involved in compliance has their own login — that way each action is auditable and audit logs reflect real activity.

Can I try the Compliance Dashboard before paying?

Absolutely. The free Visibility plan has no time limit, no credit card requirement, and includes everything you need to see how Dsposal works for your team.

Do I need to pay an onboarding or setup fee?

No. Self-service signup is free and the software is designed to be straightforward. If you'd like guided onboarding, training, or help migrating data from existing systems, we offer paid services starting from £750 per day — but it's entirely optional.

Do I have to pay for training?

No. We have extensive how-to guides and videos for every part of the dashboard. Bespoke training delivered virtually or onsite is available from £500–£750 per day if you'd like a guided walkthrough for your team.

Can a single account include multiple companies?

Each Dsposal organisation is a separate billing entity. If you manage compliance for multiple companies, you'll have one organisation per company — and your user account can belong to as many organisations as you need.

How do I get a price for the Enterprise plan?

Click 'Talk to us' on the Enterprise card or email us at [email protected]. Pricing is tailored to your team size, supplier count, and reporting requirements — most enterprise conversations start with a 30-minute discovery call.

What payment methods do you accept?

All major debit and credit cards via Stripe. UK Bacs Direct Debit is available for annual plans on request. Invoiced billing is available for Enterprise plans.
