Waste Sites need to have different, valid insurances to collect, treat and dispose of waste. Showcasing different insurances documents confirms to customers that you are a licensed, legal and valid waste site.
In this article you will read about how to upload these insurance documents to your waste site profiles.
Before you upload an insurance document, you should know that:
You can add a digital version of your insurances to your site profile so that your clients and future customers can see additional information about your waste site.
To upload your insurance policy, you need to be logged into your account. Navigate to your Dashboard and choose Licences, Insurances and Certificates from the sidebar menu.
Press the Add Insurance button. This will open a new insurance page. On this page either drag and drop the document or press to locate the file on your computer. The document is now uploaded to Dsposal.
Next, choose the Site you want to assign the insurance to (if you have a free profile and already uploaded an insurance document then no sites will be visible).
Now, type in the Insurance Provider that provided the insurance policy and the choose the type (if the type isn’t available then get in touch at firstname.lastname@example.org and we’ll add it in).
Finally add the policy number, indemnity limit, issue date and expiry date.
Press Save and Publish.
